PRODUCT QUALITY
Almost all of our products are manufactured by ISO certified factories who are our partners. We have an office in Asia that is responsible for auditing the factories to meet the highest quality standards. All products are quality-checked on site before shipment. Finally, we manufacture certain products in our own facilities including PVC layflat discharge hose, PVC suction hose, and gasket and sealing products.
DELIVERY
Most orders can be shipped out the same day after we receive your orders. For special situations, you will be advised of your ordering and/or shipping status.
FREIGHT
FOB Decatur, AL or Louisville, KY. We offer free shipment for large orders.
WARRANTY
We warranty that our products shall be free from defects under normal conditions and proper application for a period of one year. Our liability is limited to the cost of the proven defective product and does not cover abuse or mishandling of the product. All claims must be made in writing and the product returned for evaluation once authorization has been granted.
